In advertising, the word style is very present, in everyday language it is chic to mouth this word, and even in some job advertisements style is demanded from applicants. In any case, the vocabulary used to describe and classify fine arts such as painting, music or poetry cannot be imagined without the word style. But what does style mean to you? Is style to be measured by the average, or is this something everyone has to determine for themselves? For me, style is based on one’s own perception, on good taste. What I like myself, certain people find „special“; especially in terms of fashion or my visual language. Nevertheless, you have to stay true to your own style, but try new things. Regardless of whether someone has good taste or not, one speaks of a personal style. A person who does not want to follow common guides can develop his or her own, completely individual style: He or she can, for example, imitate the fashion of other cultures and expand it with his or her own ideas; he or she can deliberately break fashion rules, stand out, provoke, and be admired for his or her courage to break the rules, which happens on the basis of creative style choices.
Many people do not have the courage to ask me for a photo shoot because they think of themselves that they are not the 08/15 model or that they do not fit my style. But what people don’t realize is that I love to have new faces in front of my lens and prove to them that you can look good and that they fit my style. In der Werbung ist das Wort Stil sehr präsent, in der Alltagssprache ist es schick, dieses Wort in den Mund zu nehmen, und sogar in manchen Stellenanzeigen wird von den Bewerbern Stil verlangt. Aus dem Vokabular zur Beschreibung und Klassifizierung schöner Künste wie Malerei, Musik oder Dichtung ist das Wort Stil ohnehin nicht wegzudenken. Was bedeutet jedoch für dich Stil? Ist Stil mit dem Durchschnitt zu messen, oder hat dies jeder selbst zu bestimmen? Stil basiert für mich auf dem eigenen Empfinden, von gutem Geschmack. Was ich selbst mag, finden gewisse Leute “speziell”; vorallem was die Mode oder meine Bildsprache betrifft. Trotzdem muss man seinem eigenen Stil treu bleiben, jedoch neues versuchen. Unabhängig davon, ob jemand einen guten Geschmack besitzt oder nicht, spricht man von einem persönlichen Stil. Wer sich nicht an gängige Ratgeber halten will, kann seinen eigenen, völlig individuellen Stil entwickeln: Er oder sie kann z.B. die Mode anderer Kulturen nachahmen und durch eigene Ideen erweitern, er kann bewusst Moderegeln brechen, auffallen, provozieren und sich für seinen Mut zum Regelbruch, der anhand der kreativen Stilentscheidung geschieht, bewundern lassen.
Viele Personen haben den Mut nicht, mich für ein Fotoshooting zu fragen, da sie von sich selbst denken, dass sie nicht das 08/15 Model sind oder dass sie nicht zu meinem Stil passen. Was die Leute aber nicht merken ist, dass ich es liebe, neue Gesichter vor meiner Linse zu haben und denen zu beweisen, dass Sie gut aussehen können und dass diese in meinen Stil passen. Daher freue ich mich auf jeden oder jede, welche gerne ein Shooting bei mir hätte. Ich freue mich auf euch!
